Your role

As a Sales Engineer/CBM Consultant, you will be a knowledgable sparring partner for industrial clients in the Benelux. You will help organizations make their assets more reliable, efficient, and sustainable through Condition-Based Maintenance soulutions and technical services that truly align with their practices.

You will combine technical expertise with commercial understanding and build long-term client relationships based on trust, data, and proven expertise.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze technical issues related to maintenance, reliability, and asset performance.

  • Advise on CBM solutions, measurment and monitoring concepts, products, and services.

  • Build and further develop (key) accounts within the technical industry.

  • Translate customer needs into concrete, technically sound propsals.

  • Develop and excute account and sales plans.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes in close collaboration with the technical team.

  • Identify market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities.

  • Record and monitor customer information, projects, and sales activited in the CRM system.

How do you work?

  • You work consultatively: first understand, then advise.

  • You regularly cisit clients on-site, interspersed with digital meetings.

  • You work closely with colleagues from sales, service, and engineering.

  • You continue to develop yourself through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.

  • You use data measurements, and practical experience as the basis for your advice.

What do you bring to the table?

  • HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical B2B sales, engineering, or consultancy role.

  • Strong affinity for condition monitoring, Industry 4-0, and smart data.

  • Affinity for industrial enviroments, maintenance, and reliability.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technology.

  • A customer-focused, analytical, and proactive attitude.

  • Experience with CRM systems and structured work.

  • Experience and certification in vibration analysis is a plus, but not required.
