Technical Support Engineer (Netherlands)
Will you be the primary technical point of contact for our customers in the industrial, maritime, and offshore sectors?
Your challenge
At SPM Instrument, you'll work with the latest high-tech measuring systems for condition monitoring and vibration analysis of rotating machinery. You'll ensure our customers can continue producing without interruption. Thanks to your service and technical expertise, they know: downtime is no longer a concern.
No two days are the same: one day you're installing a measuring system at a major industrial player, the next you're stepping aboard in the maritime sector. You combine technology with customer contact and build long-term relationships.
What will you do?
Installing and commissioning portable and permanent measuring systems
Performing and analyzing vibration measurements
Training and supporting customers in the use of our systems
Providing technical advice and contributing to maintenance strategies
Working closely with colleagues in sales and engineering
After a comprehensive induction program with training and guidance, you'll quickly take on your own customers and projects.
What do you bring to the table?
A flexible and service-oriented attitude
MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Good command of English
Experience with commissioning measuring systems or control systems is a plus
Knowledge of vibration measurement technology? A plus – but not required, we're happy to teach you the rest!
