Become the driving force behind our Technical Support team.
Due to the strong growth of our service activities, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Technical Support Manager. You will provide direction to our team, support international customers, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
What will you do?
As Technical Support Manager, you will be the face and driving force behind our technical services. You will:
Build and guide a strong Technical Support team, coaching employees and developing their talents.
Play an active role as a vibration specialist and technical advisor.
Together with your team, manage the implemented measurement systems and service contracts.
Further expand our service partner network.
Support (international) customers with technical issues and solutions.
Identify and create new commercial service opportunities.
Join the Management Team and contribute to the strategic direction of our company.
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
Experience with vibration measurement technology and/or condition monitoring.
Leadership qualities: you have experience managing and coaching a technical team.
Customer-oriented, flexible, and with a clear commercial drive.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Independent, entrepreneurial, and a true team player.
